Dr. Verma received her undergraduated degree from the University of North Florida, Jacksonville. She attended St. George’s University School of Medicine, Grenada West Indes where she received her degree in Medicine in 2002.

From 2002 to 2005, Dr. Verma completed her residency in Pediatrics at New York Medical College in Westchester, NY. After completing her residency in 2005, she performed her Pediatric Pulmonology Fellowship and worked as at Clinical Assistant Instructor at SUNY Downstate Medical Center and Kings County Hospital Center in Brooklyn, NY and at St. Vincent’s Hospital (CF Center) in New York, New York.

Dr. Verma is Board Certified in Pediatric Pulmonology. Currently, Dr. Verma joined The Children's Lung, Asthma & Sleep Specialists (CLASS) in October of 2008. CLASS offices are located in Winter Park, Orlando and in Melbourne, Florida. The Children's Sleep Laboratory locations are located in Winter Park, Orlando, Melbourne, Tavares and in Tampa, Florida.

Dr. Verma manages all pediatric pulmonary illnesses. She also assists in CLASS’s high risk preterm pulmonary program in addition to the other pulmonary and sleep programs.

Dr. Verma is married. She is fluent in 2 Indian Languages and has formal education in Spanish and French. Dr. Verma’s interests include traveling, Indian classical dancing and reading.
