Dr. Justice attended the University of Florida in Gainesville where she received her Bachelors of Science degree in 1997, her Masters of Science degree in Clinical Psychology in 2000 and her Doctor of Philosophy degree in Clinical Psychology with an area of specialty in Pediatric and Clinical Child Psychology in 2003. From 2002 – 2003, Dr. Justice completed her Predoctoral Internship training at Children’s Mercy Hospital and Clinics in Kansas City, Missouri.
Dr. Justice began her Psychological Residency in September of 2003 at Psychological Affiliates, Inc. in Winter Park, Florida. She also consulted for the Orange, Osceola, and Seminole County Child Protection Teams. In January 2005, she became a licensed psychologist specializing in adult, adolescent, child, and family therapy and psychological evaluations. Other areas of specialty included pediatric psychological disorders and general clinical child psychology.
She is a member of the Florida Psychological Association and the American Psychological Association (Division of Clinical Child Psychology and the Society of Pediatric Psychology).
Dr. Justice is excited to be a member of the CLASS team and have the opportunity to practice her area of specialty in pediatric psychology. As CLASS’s pediatric psychologist, she will be providing psychological services focusing on the psychosocial, developmental and contextual factors contributing to the etiology, course and outcome of sleep disorders; the assessment and treatment of comorbid behavioral and emotional issues such as disruptive behaviors, anxiety, depression, and learning disorders; and the promotion of health and health-related behaviors such as adjustment and adherence to the medical regimen.
